Shopify Partner in Jordan for stores that need to sell from day one

E-SAFQA is a Shopify Partner in Jordan, based in Amman and listed in the official Shopify Partners directory as a Service Partner. We build Shopify stores in Arabic and English, migrate stores from Magento, Odoo and WooCommerce, and hand over every store ready to advertise, with payments, delivery and tracking in place.

Why E-SAFQA in Jordan

  • Listed in Shopify's official directory

We are listed as a Service Partner in the Shopify Partners directory, and you can check it on Shopify's own site before you sign anything.

  • App developers on the App Store

We publish SalePilot and WhatsApp Pilot on the Shopify App Store, so we know the API and the review and security requirements first-hand.

  • Migrations without lost products

We moved Luliz from Magento and Sophie's from Odoo to Shopify, keeping products and URLs with 301 redirects.

  • Large catalogs handled calmly

We launched Cliqat with more than 15,000 products in 60 days and organised Qattan Global's catalog of 5,000+ products.

  • You own the store

We help you choose the plan and create the store as a Shopify Partner, and the store and its data remain fully yours.

  • Ready to advertise at launch

Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and Merchant Center are installed before launch, so your first campaign runs on clean data.

What working with a Shopify Partner in Jordan actually means

“Shopify Partner” gets used loosely. In practice it means a business listed in the official Shopify Partners directory that works on the platform every day and knows its tools from the inside. E-SAFQA is listed there as a Service Partner, and we also publish two apps on the Shopify App Store. So we are not a team that installs a theme and disappears: we understand how payments, shipping, the API and apps fit together, and we build your store on that understanding.

What matters more than the badge is that we build the stores we advertise. Every page is designed knowing a visitor will land on it from an Instagram ad, and that the page has to sell, not just look good.

What a Shopify build for the Jordanian market includes

When we build a Shopify store for a business in Jordan, the work covers:

  • Theme selection and customisation for your product and audience, in Arabic and English.
  • Collection structure, navigation and search filters, from dozens of products to tens of thousands.
  • Product upload and data organisation: titles, images, variants and descriptions.
  • Payment, delivery and tax setup that fits the Jordanian market.
  • Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Merchant Center and Search Console.
  • Technical SEO, site speed, and training your team to run the store.

The full scope is on our Shopify store development page.

Shopify in Jordan: payments and delivery the way customers expect

The first question every Jordanian merchant asks is whether Shopify really works here. It does, with one important detail. Shopify Payments is not on Shopify’s list of supported countries for Jordan, so a store needs a third-party payment provider that supports Jordan to accept cards. Next to it we add cash on delivery, which many customers expect on a first order, and CliQ, the instant payment system operated by JoPACC under the supervision of the Central Bank of Jordan.

CliQ is not built into Shopify, so we either add it as a manual payment method with clear instructions, or build a custom app that matches transfers to orders automatically, as we did for Xmart. Before you decide, read our guide to Shopify pricing in Jordan for the monthly cost components, and our guide to CliQ payment on Shopify.

A freelance Shopify developer in Amman can be a good choice for a small store on a tight budget. But when the store is your main source of revenue, you need someone accountable for the result, not just the delivery. We set out the full checklist in our guide on how to choose a Shopify developer in Jordan.

Migrating to Shopify from your current platform

If your store runs on Magento, Odoo or WooCommerce and suffers from slow pages or maintenance costs, moving to Shopify needs a plan, not a copy-paste. We migrated the beauty store Luliz from Magento in summer 2025 with no lost products or rankings, and moved Sophie’s from Odoo with more than 4,000 products. We build the new store in parallel, transfer products, customers and orders, set a 301 redirect for every old URL, and switch the domain at a quiet time.

When we would not recommend Shopify

We are not for Shopify in every case. If you sell one or two products to a small circle of customers over WhatsApp, a simpler start may suit you until you have proven demand. If you are comparing platforms, our guide to the best ecommerce platform in Jordan lays out the trade-offs. And once your store is ready to grow, the same team takes you through ecommerce website design and digital marketing in Jordan.

How we work with you

  1. Free consultation and audit

We hear your idea or review your current store on WhatsApp, and tell you honestly whether Shopify is the right fit.

  2. Written plan

Theme, collection structure, payment and delivery setup, and the timeline, in one clear document.

  3. Build or migration

We build or migrate in parallel while your current store keeps running, then test payments, shipping and tracking.

  4. Launch and training

We launch, train your team to manage orders and products, and watch performance closely in the first weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Does Shopify work in Jordan?

Yes. You can open a Shopify store from Jordan and sell locally and abroad. Shopify Payments is not available in Jordan according to Shopify's official list of supported countries, so we connect a third-party payment provider that supports Jordan, alongside cash on delivery and CliQ.

How much does a Shopify store cost in Jordan?

The cost is made of the monthly Shopify plan, any paid apps, payment provider fees, and the build itself. Current plan prices are on Shopify's official pricing page; for our work we send a written proposal after a free consultation, because every store is different.

How long does a Shopify build take?

Two to three weeks for a store with a few dozen products, and four to eight weeks for large stores or migrations with thousands of products, depending on data quality.

I only sell on Instagram. Do I need a Shopify store?

If you want to advertise at scale and track sales, yes. Poshy Store sold only through Instagram; we built a complete store in three weeks and it received its first order in launch week.

Can you move my store from another platform to Shopify?

Yes. We have migrated stores from Magento, Odoo, WooCommerce and Wix with products, customers, orders and URLs, and the old store keeps running until everything is verified on the new one.

Do you work with merchants outside Amman?

Yes. We work with businesses across Jordan remotely over WhatsApp and video calls, and our Amman office is open for meetings when needed.
