A slow, expensive-to-maintain Magento store with thousands of products (Inglot, Guerlain, Bond No.9) and an order and customer history that had to be preserved.

- Migration plan, data freeze and transfer of products, customers and orders
- URL rebuild and 301 redirects
- Reconnecting Merchant Center, GA4 and the Pixel to the new store
